Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before confirmation
You may withdraw a pending request without charge. A request that we decline does not create a payment obligation.
After confirmation but before work starts
Under the current business policy, cancellation is free and no cancellation fee is charged. Please notify us as soon as possible so the slot can be released.
Services requested during a statutory cancellation period
Where applicable consumer law gives a cancellation right and you expressly ask us to begin before that period ends, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services actually supplied before cancellation. Once a service is fully performed following the required express request and acknowledgement, statutory cancellation rights may be affected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally initiated within the stated period. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds. Refunds are returned using the original method where reasonably possible.
